Welcome to RIVELIA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are accessing it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Descriptions

We take great care to display our pieces accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and minor variations are natural in artisan-made garments. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is not as described.

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order.
• Our checkout is protected with full SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
• If a pricing error is discovered on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel the order at no cost to you.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability — in which case you will be refunded in full.

6. Discounts and Promotions

Promotional discounts (including automatic multi-buy discounts) are applied at checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders. We may end promotions at any time without notice.

7. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom with free standard delivery. Full details, timescales and procedures are set out in our Delivery Policy. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will deliver your goods without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of your order, unless a different time is agreed with you.

8. Returns and Refunds

You benefit from our 30-day return guarantee, in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, photography, text, graphics and branding — is the property of RIVELIA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting malicious code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

11. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law — including your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed, or for losses not caused by our breach.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, courier strikes or severe weather). We will contact you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise any delay.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. You may also be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
